What they meant was they can’t be ~washed~ off without the solvent. So you can go swimming with the patches on (or get them wet in other ways, hehe) and they won’t slip out of place or fall off. But you can still physically peel them off with a bit of effort. Sort of like peeling a label off a bottle. |
